Day 31 – Macro Flowers

Today… busy one so I filled the frame with colour and had a go with Macro….

  • Photos taken in natural light – conservatory….
  • Tripod used for all
  • Extension tubes also used but this meant that I was a lot closer to the subject and it was harder to focus accurately.

I have never really thought about filling the frame with colour before or getting that close to an image … and it is something I would like to experiment with more… maybe introduce lighting… as the shadows in the rose could bring much more depth to the finished image.
