Day 83 – Environment Lines

Environment Lines – a strange title, but today i went for a walk and looked for lines in the nature environment that were created by man and collected pictures of them, thinking about controlling my aperture so that the lines were separated from the environment that they are in.

By keeping the Aperture wide open – with the small F numbers – the lines that can be seen in the farm environment that I explored on my walk today can be seperated from the background – by focusing in deep, you get to see the blemishes, the details in the rust, and the shadows, but getting in close – the last four photos you begin to get an abstract feel I think … an area of photography I have not explored much.
